Registration

Full Registration for the conference includes:

  • Attendance on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with lunch, tea/coffee snacks
  • Conference Reception, Friday evening
  • Conference Dinner, Saturday evening

Day participant rate includes:

  • 1 x Day attendance with lunch, tea/coffee snacks

Plus

  • Saturday evening meal

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.  A good range of options is available locally – please see Travel and Accommodation page.

Accessible Bursary places

We particularly welcome practitioners at CARN conferences but recognise that they may not always be able to access funding. In order to make the conference as accessible as possible to intending participants who would like to attend on Saturday 29th October, but who are not in a position to access financial support, we will offer a limited number of bursary places for Saturdays attendance.

Bursary places are available as follows:

Saturday attendance – €60

In exceptional cases, we also offer full conference attendance – €200

Please note: CARN Member rates are only available to current members of CARN, i.e., they, or their Institution (as a current Sponsoring Partner) will have already paid the membership fee for the 2021-2022 membership.  If you, or your Institution have not paid the current year’s membership fee, please select the non-CARN rate as appropriate. Refunds

Refunds will be made up to two months prior to the conference start date. If you cannot personally attend, you can choose to transfer your name to a colleague if you are outside the refund timeline.

Please note, there may be an administration fee for the refund
